Wellness Coordinator Job Description

Curis Express is a group of chiropractic clinics located in Walmart clinics providing chiropractic services. Currently with over 10 locations in 4 states, Curis Express is poised to rapidly expand in more metropolitan areas. This role is in a multi-disciplinary holistic mind-body-spirit environment for chiropractic, mental health, nutrition, and weight loss.

CurisFH has over 100 top clinicians with a wide range of specialties.

Wellness Coordinator Duties:

• Actively engage Walmart shoppers about health and wellness, offer them complimentary health screenings, and lead them to the in-store chiropractor.
• Assist the chiropractor in talking with prospective patients and signing them up for care plans.
• Welcome patients and assist with new patients, patient check-in, collecting money, and scheduling appointments.
• Manage the patient flow during busy times in the clinic.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Actively participate in digital, external and in-clinic marketing programs.
• Provide requested reporting to Curis as needed.
• Actively engage in Curis as a supportive and cooperative business partner.
• Open and close the clinic, securing the equipment and loose items before leaving.
• Support social media campaigns.
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
• Communicate and conduct business in a professional code of conduct

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must enjoy talking with people and be willing to approach and talk with shoppers.
• Ability to walk, squat, lift up to 30 pounds, and physically assist others.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual communication is a plus.
• Ability to use a computer and use medical office software.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $14-16/hour
• Sales Commissions
